Piping and Steel Fabrication, Welding
We have an experienced and qualified team of boilermakers, welders and fitters for fabrication works. Our structural steel and metallic pipe fabrication and welding services include; Design and produce fabrication drawings; Fabrication, welding and installation of steel structures; Planned maintenance, inspections and repairs of damaged structures; Compile plant maintenance philosophies; Compile erection methodology, rigging studies and risk assessments. Pipe Wrapping and Protection
We provide internal and external pipe wrapping solutions to prevent corrosion and environmental damage; applying coating systems such as tape wrapping, hot applied bitumen wrapping coating systems and Epoxy. We offer on-site rehabilitation services for aging pipelines. This includes; surface preparation, mechanical cleaning, protective recoating, testing and inspection. Pipe wrapping also offers protection against heat loss, condensation, and weather exposure.
Reliability Based Monitoring
From vibration problems due to poor installation, design flaws, change in system parameters and aging equipment, we offer overall plant equipment through; vibration analysis and diagnostics services, entire condition monitoring by managing operating equipment through oil/lubricant analysis, acoustic emission, thermography and electrical motor analysis.
Non Destructive Testing
We have a team of experienced NDT Technicians passionate about ensuring structural integrity of components. We provide the following NDT services; Industrial Radiography Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Thickness Monitoring, Hardness Testing, Visual Inspections, Endoscope camera surveillance, Replication.
Rotating Equipment Performance Testing
Research and development including testing and performance of client’s, Fans and air heaters in accordance with the recognized codes of practice such as the BS 848 and DIN standards of practice ensuring client’s equipment operate at optimum duty as specified. We manage drifts by determining pressure drop and thermal performance through heat balance and air leakage.
Strain Gauging
We work with FEA results and confirm stresses by doing practical stress analysis using strain gauges and load cells. At client's request we can also determine strain and stresses on components susceptible to failure in order to enhance the design for better operation.
