TDCM Engineering CC is a 100% black woman–owned company, established in 2009, specialising in professional engineering services. We pride ourselves on a wealth of experience and expertise in the mechanical engineering field and are passionate about delivering practical engineering solutions while creating a platform for technical development.

We have extensive experience in optimising and upgrading underperforming plants, recommissioning declassified facilities, and developing robust process plant operating and maintenance philosophies. To ensure equipment life expectancy is achieved. Leveraging our in-house capabilities and partner network, we deliver practical, innovative and value driven solutions.

We also provide efficient and effective support to the power generation sector, chemical and petrochemical industry, water treatment plants, cement, mining, refineries and other related industries.
